The Watters Project

For this family, this project began with an unwelcome surprise. A toilet leak forced them to completely gut their primary bathroom and closet. It was the kind of discovery no homeowner wants to make. But rather than simply repairing what was lost, our clients saw an opportunity: to leave their outdated 90s bathroom behind for good and reimagine the entire space from the studs up.

Our solution turned a stressful situation into a complete transformation. The new primary bath centers on a freestanding soaker tub and a separate stand-up shower, with a private toilet room offering an extra layer of comfort and privacy. We also reworked the layout entirely. The closet, once only accessible through the bathroom, now stands on its own as a beautifully organized, well-appointed space.

What started as water damage became the catalyst for the primary suite they'd always wanted. It's proof that even the most frustrating setbacks can open the door to something better.
