Our Design Consultant, with a keen eye for beauty and functional living, she keeps our projects running seamlessly by delivering design consultations so that our clients get what they want and need in their space. When she's not designing client spaces, you'll find her working in the background designing client care and operations systems for Team Arlo. Wife to Tom and loving mother of 5, her strategic mindset, love for design and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.

Our Project Manager with over a decade in the industry, specializing in flooring. Husband to Veronica and father of 5, Tom brings his wealth of expertise to ensure every project stands on a solid foundation.
