Site Preparation + Getting Ready

We prep the space by clearing, leveling floors, adding insulation, and making sure it's all safe and ready.

1 month 

Project Begins: Behind The Walls

We take care of all the plumbing, electrical, and framing. This is everything you need but don’t usually see.

1-3 months

Final Fixtures + Finishes

Finally, we finish with flooring, cabinets, paint, and all the details that make it feel like home.

1-2 months

When we're all finished, we walk through your space with you to make sure its perfect before we hand over the keys!
